Our Story
Six years of quiet dedication — building opportunity where it's needed most.
Red Motion Inc was founded in 2018 with a clear purpose: to support learners from disadvantaged communities who lack access to academic and career guidance.
The organisation started by assisting learners with university, college, and bursary applications, helping many students secure opportunities for higher education that would otherwise have been out of reach.
Over the years, the organisation has expanded its initiatives to include free tutoring programmes for Grade 10–12 learners, mentorship initiatives, GBV awareness campaigns, and community outreach activities.
Through the dedication of volunteer leaders and tutors, Red Motion continues to create opportunities for young people to succeed academically and professionally — one learner at a time.

Founded Red Motion in 2018 with a vision to democratise access to education for every South African learner.
Nomsa Sithole
Head of Tutoring Programme
Coordinates our network of 120+ volunteer tutors and ensures quality academic support for every registered learner.
Lungelo Dube
Applications Coordinator
Has personally guided over 400 learners through university and bursary applications since joining in 2019.
Zanele Mokoena
Community Outreach Lead
Organises our career expos and GBV awareness events, building partnerships with schools and community stakeholders.
